The protection and enhancement of our environment is essential in practicing responsible building. An architect’s role is not only using green building design standards, but is also to create designs that heal the wounds of our past and current practices. The Colorado Architecture Partnership is a proud member of the U.S. Green Building Council and our architects are Accredited Professionals of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program of the USGBC. We also promote the Cradle to Cradle principles established by William McDonough. All the buildings created in the other CAP Studios use the resources of the Green Building Studio to enhance their impact on our neighborhoods, cities, nation and the earth as a whole.
