| A community’s built heritage is a primary source of the cultural and civic soul of the city. The adaptive re-use and restoration of these important buildings is often a reflection of the aspirations of our common cultural and civic values. The Colorado Architecture Partnership Preservation Studio honors the value of historic buildings, while providing our clients with adaptations that reflect contemporary needs. Design values that we use include the Rehabilitation Guidelines of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the New Urbanist principles of the Congress for the New Urbanism, along with the environmental building standards applied by the U.S. Green Building Council. |
